As part of the NSW Productivity Places Program, Impact Training has been contracted by the NSW Department of Education to provide government funded, nationally recognised Diploma level qualifications in Business, Management and Security Risk Management for existing workers in addition to Certificate IV in OHS and Diploma of Security Risk Management of job seekers. The qualifications are targeted in industries experiencing extreme shortages as well as industries of strategic importance. This program forms part of the Australian Government's Skilling for the Future Initiative.

On 1st July 2010 the New CPP07 Training package will be implemented for Licensing in NSW

As of 1st July 2010 the NSW Security Industry Registry will implment the CPP07 Property Services Training Package. This will replace the existing PRS03 Asset Security Training Package. There will be new compentency requirements for Provisional and Class 1 Licences. The implementation of the CPP07 Package will currently only effect new entrants to the security industry or those wishing to obtain a provisional licence. PRS03 Qualifications will still be accepted for licensing by the SIR.
