Impact Training Services is a Registered Training Organisation with the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB). Many of the courses we conduct lead to qualifications at Certificate IV and Diploma Level that are accredited with VETAB and have national recognition with the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA).

This Workplace Training Section consists of a number of training modules (units of competency) that lead to various qualifications ranging from Statement of Attainments through to Diploma level qualifications for people that wish to design assessments or training courses. The Certificate IV qualification is the necessary qualification for any person that wishes to become one on one workplace trainer or facilitator of vocational education to classes.

The Management Courses in this section are appropriate for people at each level of management and those seeking to progress to managers, supervisors or team leaders. The courses aim to develop skills in leadership, managing people and controlling resources. The courses have been designed for new supervisors or team leaders to experienced managers seeking to enhance their existing skills and gain new ideas.
