The qualification reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. The Diploma of Management requires a sound theoretical knowledge base and managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate own wok and/or the work of a team.

Course entry requirements:

There are no formal entry requirements to this program. The preferred pathway for people considering this qualification include after achieving the Certificate IV in Frontline Management or other relevant qualification with some vocational experience in a management role but with no formal qualifications as a coordinator, leading hand, supervisor or team leader. It is usual for impending students to own or have ready access to a computer and a willingness to learn. It would be assumed you have competed Year 10 at school with sound literacy and numeracy skills. If you wish to discuss this matter further feel free to contact one of our course advisers.

Course duration:

This course can be undertaken completely by correspondence and includes self paced learning manuals, workbook, assignment tasks and assessments based on work place activities. The course usually takes 15 hrs a week for 26 weeks, however you can certainly work and complete it in a shorter period. You have up to 12 months to complete it in

Past Experiences Count: Recognition of Prior Learning or Current Competency is available, just call today to enquire about the process and fees involved and discuss if you might be eligible. Basically, if you have any formal qualifications or skills gained through work experience or informal study that you believe cover the competencies of the modules and you can support or demonstrate these through evidence that you have attained you can be eligible to gain a credit for that module.

  1. Download and complete the Course Registraton Form - General, also
  2. Attach a copy of your drivers Licence or other form of Identity and
  3. Post to PO Box 655 Dapto NSW 2530 or deliver the forms to Impact Training's Office at 35 Marshall Street, Dapto between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm
