Delivery Modes

The delivery mode for this course will be by blended delivery which will include attending face to face workshops, participating in workplace activities and completing workplace projects, distance learning is also available.

Assessment for this course is be assignment work to be completed based on your workplace

Entry Requirements

  • This course requires a significant amounts of reading and writing.
  • Access to computers is required for word processing and some internet based research
  • Assignments are generally based around workplace activities. Participants would have access to a workplace that can be used for case studies and/or practical exercises.
  • Completion of year 12 is recommended, but not essential.General work experience would be significantly beneficial

Course Duration

The Certificate IV course is approximately 378 nominal hours depending on electives chosen and a maximum of 12 months to complete the course (if undertaking the mixed mode / blended format). The hours listed are a guide only and may be used to estimate the time required to complete the program of study and includes, time on activities, research and work on projects etc. A study plan of approximately 15 hours a week for 25 weeks is supplied for your guidance. However, students can complete the course in less time.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Current Competency (RCC) is available, just call Impact Training Services today to enquire about the process and fees involved and discuss if you might be eligible. Basically, if you have any formal qualifications or skills gained through work experience or informal study that you believe cover the competencies of the units and you can support or demonstrate these through evidence that you have attained you can be eligible to gain a credit for that unit.

The course fee for this course is $1595 payment can be made via cash, Visa or Mastercard (if paying by credit card a 3.5% fee applies), or Eftpos. The fee covers all materials (learner guides, comprehensive course notes, resource materials that can be used as reference material after the course, telephone and email support.
